Have What it Takes to be a Part of Cosmo's Dunk Team?

Ever watched Cosmo's Dunk Team at a sporting event or school activity and thought "I want to do that!" Well, here is your opportunity! BYU is looking for more members to join Cosmo's Dunk Team! Particularly, those outstanding individuals that want to showcase their abilities and school pride as well as be part of the ever important role of supporting Cosmo the Cougar.

Cosmo's Dunk Team consists of students working together to help Cosmo become the cougar he his today; preparing his stunts, teaching him dunks and providing added excitement for his fans. The Dunk Team members strive to match Cosmo's talents, but do so for the purpose of adding more enthusiasm to their shows. It's because of Cosmo and his influence that they have taken his name to represent as their team and to fill their shows with more than just dunking. It isn't easy, but worth every effort and the rewards are without number.

If you think you have what it takes to be part of Cosmo's Dunk Team, tryout!

Below are the requirements and skills we look for as members of Cosmo's Dunk Team. It is important to note that all skills listed aren't required. As a team, we take athleticism and turn it into acrobatics. If you show promise from your athletic abilities during your on-campus tryout or in your video audition, we may just take you under our wing and help you fly!

*Not all skills are required, but the more you can do, the more you will stand out! Many of the skills listed aren't used for dunking; however, we incorporate them into our shows to add more excitement. One skill that most athletes don't have exposer to is jumping off of mini trampolines. Athleticism plays a large role in learning this.
